A Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of service in corporate accounting, primarily in the staffing and recruiting industry. With her drive to succeed and strong work ethic, Rosa became an accounting manager of a publicly traded staffing company within five years of college graduation. Rosa continued her career in management and became Controller of a $320M staffing company before earning her CPA. While thriving in her role as Controller, Rosa studied and achieved her CPA license. Today, Rosa is the proud owner of RLP, CPA LLC, a CPA firm based out of East Brunswick, NJ. Rosa graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Currently, Rosa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Staffing Alliance.
Joined RLP CPA, LLC in October 2021. Graduating from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Geovana has had the opportunity to work in various industries throughout her career and found the staffing industry to be the most rewarding. Geovana has over 20 years of accounting experience with 10 of those years in the staffing industry. Her growth throughout her journey is due to her meticulous attention to detail and team player attitude.
Joined the team in April 2022. Since graduating from Kean University in 2012, Alphonse has spent the last 10 years as an accounting professional. Of those 10 years, half have been in the staffing industry. In his previous role, Alphonse managed the financials within the US market for a billion-dollar global company. As part of RLP CPA, LLC, Alphonse continues to provide accounting support in all areas with his keen eye for details. This includes but not limited to all the operational accounting and financial statements preparation. In his spare time, Alphonse enjoys playing basketball and looking for new outdoor hikes.
His work experience started while enrolled at Rutgers University as an undergrad, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. With over three years of accounting experience at RLP CPA, LLC, Juancho has gained expertise specializing in the staffing industry. Juancho is responsible for the monthly close for a variety of clients with duties that include account reconciliations, the general ledger, and day-to-day transactions. When he is away from his desk, Juancho has a passion for outdoor activities such as skateboarding and playing basketball. He also has a keen interest in music with everything in between playing the guitar and collecting vinyl records.
Our newest team member to RLP CPA, LLC, began her career in accounting in May 2022 with an entry level position. Marlene is looking to learn from her seasoned mentors and gain experience that will expand her accounting knowledge and growth potential. She is currently in her last semester at Rutgers University working towards completing her degree with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon graduation, she is looking toward attaining her CPA license.
