Our Story Begins with Experience
Our founder and CEO, Rosa Padilla, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting—most of it spent in the staffing and recruiting world. Just five years after graduating from New Jersey City University, she became an accounting manager at a publicly traded staffing company, eventually rising to Controller of a $320 million firm before earning her CPA license.
With that depth of industry insight, Rosa launched RLP, CPA LLC to provide high-touch accounting, back-office, and consulting services to staffing companies that need more than just number-crunching—they need a true financial partner.

During the COVID-19 crisis, RLP, CPA played a pivotal role in helping businesses stay afloat.
